We are looking for Technical Architect with 8+ years of relevant and solid experience in ecommerce web development projects, working in a client services environment, and expertise in building sites from start to finish. Technical Architect is expected to provide solution for eCommerce deployment, including integrations, environment, data migration, configuration change management, scalability, security, and performance. You’ll be enthusiastic with a positive attitude, dedication and willingness to work hard. The position will include a lot of interaction with foreign clients
What we are looking for in you
8+ years’ experience with proven experience in managing complex integrations with customers and third parties in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.
Proven experience in collaborating with other developers, technical architects, project managers, UX designers, business analysts, and QA analysts.
Experience interfacing directly with clients is a must.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills in complex environments.
Participate in pre-sales and pre-project activities, including high-level estimation, speculative solution definition, and authoring technical and solution aspects of project charters or SOW’s.
Code review of PR’s and merges from developers within the Sprint.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers throughout a project.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-orientation skills.
8+ years of experience in development with proficiency in at least one backend language + front-end framework.
2+ years of experience in managing teams & projects.
Experience with handling deployments & scaling is an added advantage.
Experience of handling projects from estimation to delivery.
Domain specific experience is an added advantage (eCommerce, fintech, HRMS..etc.).
Responsible for architecting robust and beautiful solutions for our clients leveraging the eCommerce platform, and for leading a team of developers to a successful deployment of the solution.
Golang development and management experience a huge plus.
Experience with Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Demandware, and Shopify a huge plus.
Service based experience is preferred over product-based experience.
Managing complex integrations with customers & third parties.
Excellent record of leading a team by providing technical guidance & mentorship.
